Namaste, We are Shirish and Pooja
and Welcome to a "Egg Recipes" Special Episode of @RedSoilStories
In this egg special episode we are going to see how Pooja sourced the chicken eggs and prepared Kolhapuri egg curry, Egg Pancakes ( maida baida ) and Egg Half fry.
On one fine morning while Raja can be seen still asleep, Pooja went to get some eggs from our backyard. She got few of the eggs and she returned home to see Raja still sleeping, she woke him up and went again to get some more eggs from our neighboring uncle.
She only took the eggs which chicken had let go and not incubating them. She did not touch the hens which were incubating the eggs.
She returned home with few more eggs, to her surprise Raja still was sleeping..!
Pooja started preparing for breakfast, she prepared "Maid Baida" a unique Egg Pancake recipe. We both and Raja enjoyed the Egg pancakes for breakfast. Later in the evening, we had boiled eggs and shared with Raja and Mowgli.
Next day, Pooja decided to use the remaining eggs for lunch. She prepared Kolhapuri Egg Curry, a spicy egg curry with flavorful masala-coconut paste. After that she also prepared "Egg half fry" which is also a non tradition dish.
