Ingredients for Dosa Batter :
- Dosa rice - 5 cups 1kg
- Urad dal - 1 cups ( 200 grms )
- Poha |flattened rice -1\2 cup (100 grms)
- Chana dal- 2 tbsp
- Toor Dal -2 tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds-1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar- 1 tbsp for dosa batter for good colour
Soaking Duration - 6 hours
Fermentation Duration - 8 - 10 Hours
